Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • All returns or exchanges must occur within 30 days from the original delivery date.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, without alterations, scratches, signs of wear.
  • For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise the retail price of the gift will be deducted from the refund total.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that includes a tracking number or otherwise, will not be accepted.
  • Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to Adena Jewelry.

 

Non-refundable Items

  • Final sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize.
  • Items without tags or original packaging will not be accepted.
  • Items that are damaged, worn, resized or altered will not be accepted.
  • Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to Adena Jewelry.
