Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- All returns or exchanges must occur within 30 days from the original delivery date.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without alterations, scratches, signs of wear.
- For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise the retail price of the gift will be deducted from the refund total.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that includes a tracking number or otherwise, will not be accepted.
- Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to Adena Jewelry.
Non-refundable Items
- Final sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize.
- Items without tags or original packaging will not be accepted.
- Items that are damaged, worn, resized or altered will not be accepted.
- Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to Adena Jewelry.
